The Practice Manager will direct daily activities, ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA and coordinate improvements with leadership. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current clinical procedures and operational protocols.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Ability to present information clearly in writing and speaking.
• Ability to prepare and interpret administrative reports and data.
• Ability to work with community partners to coordinate patient services.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate daily health center operations to support provider productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Review operational reports on productivity, no-shows, cancellations, and wait times to drive improvements.
• Oversee financial sustainability, training, reporting mechanisms and compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure patient-centered care and a professional environment.
• Enforce agency policies on dress code, professionalism and punctuality.
• Approve payroll for supervised staff and schedule staffing within budget.
• Coach and develop staff, promote growth and teamwork.
• Collaborate with leaders to grow the health center and community impact.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy for formulary and medication assistance programs.
