Job summary

Hamilton Health Center Inc is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations, supervise Medical Assistants, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care across service areas. You will guide staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with providers to support efficient clinic flow.

The role requires CMA certification, at least two years in a medical office, and one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical office setting required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical support staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Directly supervise Medical Assistants and Medical Office Assistants.
• Monitor attendance and enforce organizational policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Ensure accuracy in coding, billing, and medical records.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and continuity of care.
• Provide training to ensure regulatory readiness and adherence to policies.
• Support staff development and clinical skills competency.
