Job summary

Family HealthCare Network is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to oversee staff and daily operations across the health center. You will lead the team, manage performance, ensure compliance, and coordinate front/back office workflows to optimize patient flow.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to develop plans that improve patient service, staffing, and regulatory adherence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience or five years of progressively greater responsibility.
• Minimum credit score of 650.
• Requires Medical Assistant/LVNCertification at locations without a Floor Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental staff and manage daily health center operations.
• Develop, implement and track plans to improve health center performance and patient flow.
• Ensure patient information is collected, verified and that insurance eligibility is checked during registration.
• Facilitate staff meetings and coordinate front/back office and ancillary services to optimize patient throughput.
