Guidepoint’s Client Service team connects investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with subject-matter experts for informed decisions. As an Associate, you will assess client needs, recruit global experts, and manage multiple requests with strong judgment and prioritization.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office. You will engage senior professionals by phone, conduct targeted research, and prepare high‑quality profiles for client consideration, while building skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Experience internship/volunteer/extracurricular relevant to Client Service or research.
• Ability to responsibly use AI-enabled tools to support research and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and identify experts best suited to address them.
• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s global network.
• Lead outreach, vetting, and profiling of experts for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with strong execution and accuracy.
