Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate for its Client Service team. You will learn to assess client needs, identify experts, and recruit new ones into Guidepoint’s global network of advisors. The role is hybrid with three days in the office, supporting fast, high-quality client experiences.

You will conduct targeted research, lead outreach, and prepare expert profiles for client consideration while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Previous internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience with AI-enabled tools for research and communication.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with data quality and confidentiality in mind.
• Interest in emerging technology and ongoing upskilling.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant experts.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting conversations, and prepare high-quality client profiles.
• Define sourcing strategies per client request based on scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests and deadlines with strong execution.
