Guidepoint in New York, NY is seeking a Client Service Associate (Class of 2027) to deliver fast, high-quality client experiences by connecting investment firms with the right experts. The hybrid role combines client service, research, and outreach to grow Guidepoint’s global advisor network.

You will identify client needs, recruit experts, and manage multiple requests with strong judgment and organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s global network and engage them for client consultations.
• Independently conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant subject-matter experts.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations with experts for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies for each client request based on scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with strong organization and prioritization.
