Zusammenfassung

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for providers, members, facilities, and primary care offices. You will handle inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services, while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

The role involves frontline interaction within the Managed Behavioral Health and EAP programs, ensuring adherence to policies and accurate intake documentation in the health

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and/or health care environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency in typing and computer programs a must.
• Preferred Education: BA in psychology, social services, or health administration.

Aufgaben

• Answer 90% of incoming calls from providers, members, facilities and primary care offices as they relate to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services.
• Frontline position to the Managed Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) members and providers regarding the policies, procedures, and programs of the organization.
• Problem solving and representing the organization positively to callers.
• Initial intake documentation in the appropriate electronic health records.
• Provide consistently outstanding service to our internal and external customers.
