Job summary

Quantum Health in Central Ohio is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to lead new client implementations from contract to go-live. You will partner with Sales, IT, BI, and account teams to ensure smooth launches and measurable outcomes.

You’ll build robust project plans, track milestones, coordinate vendors, and resolve onboarding issues across cross-functional groups while maintaining executive-level communications and a client-first focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior PM and account management experience; healthcare/insurance implementation experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, individualized project plans to meet go-live deadlines and lead onboarding workstreams.
• Oversee key deliverables, milestones and deadlines across onboarding projects.
• Coordinate with technical/data resources to ensure scalable client programs.
• Build relationships with external client resources and SMEs to enable timely, quality execution.
• Evaluate and escalate onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priority projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
