Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. in Central Ohio is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to lead the new client implementation and onboarding for a portfolio of clients after contract execution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Client Engagement and POD operations to ensure a smooth go-live, build robust project plans, and drive timely deliverables. Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare/insurance implementation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior project management and account management experience.
• Healthcare/insurance implementation project experience preferred.
• Highly collaborative cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust project plans to meet go-live deadlines and lead onboarding workstreams with clients, consultants and vendors.
• Oversee, communicate and complete key deliverables, milestones and deadlines for onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with technical/data resources to ensure scalable client builds.
• Build relationships with external client resources and SMEs to ensure timely execution.
• Evaluate and resolve onboarding issues to prevent delays.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects from the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
• All other duties as assigned.
