Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, facilities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for home care and related services.
• Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and community outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Represent BrightStar Care professionally and communicate quality care commitment.
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff to support growth.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and follow-ups.
• Develop territory-based BD strategies and participate in networking events.
• Provide updates on activities, opportunities, and results.
