Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships.
• Experience in home healthcare industry preferred.
• Public speaking and persuasive writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Call healthcare facilities and eldercare facilities to generate sales for private duty homecare and staffing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and develop territory marketing plans.
• Seek marketing opportunities in the community and establish rapport with health professionals.
• Meet with local families and prospective clients to discuss services and provide excellent customer service.
