Job summary

BrightStar Care of Rochester is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager (3 days per week) to drive sales and brand recognition across Rochester and Southern Minnesota. The role focuses on building referral networks, guiding marketing efforts, and expanding the School Staffing and Skilled Nursing business.

Travel to the Twin Cities may be required; remote/in-office work options are available. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and partnership development to keep clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales/Marketing experience, with leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in home care, home health, or similar health organizations preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with staff, management and external partners.
• Valid Driver's License, current auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing plans with Ownership to align with mission and compliance.
• Grow revenue and client count for the Duluth Territory.
• Maintain and expand current B2B referral networks.
• Develop new B2B relationships to increase referrals and service hours growth.
• Oversee marketing strategies to ensure SEO/AEO improvements and campaign success.
• Coordinate with office staff to attend community events and networking opportunities.
• Monitor inquiry conversion rates and implement improvements.
• Develop and manage the Sales and Marketing Budget to grow topline.
