Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales/Marketing experience, with leadership exposure in healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Sales and Marketing plans to grow revenue and referrals in Rochester and surrounding areas.
• Maintain and expand B2B relationships with senior care communities, social workers, and local partners.
• Coordinate branding, marketing campaigns, and referral follow-up to drive client inquiries and service hours.
