Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and providers by phone and in person. The role focuses on processing orders, verifying insurance, and ensuring timely, accurate billing while supporting the branch team.

You will work with the sales team and referrals to gather necessary documentation, handle payments, and help ensure providers receive required authorizations. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients.
• Process orders and verify insurance; coordinate with branch team.
• Review accounts and bill health insurance plans; obtain necessary documentation.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Provide outbound patient satisfaction calls and support.
• Assist with downloads of patient monitoring equipment as needed.
