Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients (facilities, institutions, etc.).
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Generate leads and prospect new customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Educate clients on services and products offered.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.

• Build trust through ongoing support and troubleshooting.

• Research competitors to adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and meet quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Stay current on industry standards, products, and services to communicate benefits clearly.
• Train clients or new sales staff on product offerings and procedures.
