TruCare Management, a rapidly growing healthcare company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in healthcare facilities. You will meet Administrators, DONs, and executives, drive new business through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits, and travel daily.

This role rewards energetic, self-driven professionals with an excellent base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, travel reimbursements, and rapid career growth as we expand across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills.
• Able to build relationships with Administrators, DONs and executives.
• Willing to travel daily to healthcare facilities and conferences.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and healthcare organizations.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Represent TruCare Management at conferences and trade shows.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
