Job summary

Wild Horse Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in the healthcare staffing space. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on building lasting client relationships, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue through consultative selling.

You will conduct discovery meetings, tailor workforce solutions for facilities, and collaborate with recruiting to fulfill placements while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of business development or outside sales experience within healthcare staffing.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing services, workforce challenges, and client expectations.
• Experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client staffing needs and present customized workforce solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing while maintaining company profitability.
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placement fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
