VitalCaring is seeking an Account Manager to drive referral growth and admissions across an assigned territory, building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and other healthcare partners. This field-based role focuses on developing new business, expanding referral networks, and achieving performance targets.

The position requires proven healthcare sales experience, a strong track record, and exceptional relationship-building skills, with daily in-person territory visits

Qualifikationen

• Direct healthcare-related sales experience; track record of meeting sales/growth targets.
• Ability to manage a defined territory through in-person field-based selling.
• Strong relationship-building with healthcare providers; excellent communication.

• Develop and grow a defined territory through in-person relationship building.
• Establish and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers.
• Generate new business via outreach, cold calling, and networking.
• Drive admissions growth by meeting defined referral and performance targets.
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners with clear communication and follow-through.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to support patient transitions.
• Maintain daily activity and CRM pipeline tracking.
• Represent the organization at community events and professional engagements.
