Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer technology related field.
• Four years experience in healthcare or computer technology related field.
• Six years experience configuring, supporting, training, and implementing clinical, financial or administrative systems in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience working in healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction for department, manage staff engagement and problem resolution.
• Plan and manage daily operations within department budgets.
• Direct staff work including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Communicate with staff and allocate resources to projects for timely delivery.
• Coordinate interdependencies with other project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide training opportunities to staff for staff competencies.
• Ensure staff follow incident, request, problems, change control processes.
• Facilitate creation and management of SLAs and operating metrics.
• Define and monitor application metrics per SLA/OLA.
• Coordinate across IS teams to develop/test solutions and resolve incidents; root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical and support documentation.
