Job summary

MedInsight seeks a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to drive shared platform capabilities across the MedInsight ecosystem. You will bridge platform engineering, product, data, and security teams to align on strategy, roadmap, and adoption goals.

You will translate engineering needs into clear requirements, define measurable outcomes, and influence internal customers while ensuring reliable, scalable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technical product management, platform product management, or similar relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or other relevant subjects.
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python).
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures, with Azure experience preferred.
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps workflows, observability, reliability, security, or related capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong judgment balancing scalability, developer experience, compliance, reliability, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight's ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to strengthen platform foundations.
• Define product requirements for internal developer platforms, reusable services, deployment workflows, observability, and security.
• Translate developer pain points into platform opportunities and prioritize work to improve velocity and reliability.
• Define adoption, performance, and developer experience metrics to show measurable value.
