Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to join our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build robust, scalable healthcare analytics and AI products.

This role will help shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of shared platform capabilities that enable product and engineering teams to build, ship, and operate MedInsight solutions more efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technical/product/platform PM roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or relevant field.
• Familiar with analytics tools and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for platform-focused product management across MedInsight ecosystem.
• Define and deliver cloud-native shared platform capabilities at each stage.
• Partner with platform teams to define requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Identify pain points and translate into platform opportunities to improve velocity and reliability.
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, and product teams to align on initiatives.
