Job summary

Artera is hiring an Associate AI Builder to create agentic systems that deliver exceptional patient experiences across scheduling, referrals, messaging, billing, and more for provider customers.

You’ll be a contributing builder inside a customer-facing squad, owning initiatives from discovery through production, onboarding new customers to what you build, and shipping enhancements that meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional software engineering, data science, machine learning, product management, product design, or technical project management experience, or equivalent demonstrated output; open to fresh graduates!

Responsibilities

• Ownership: End-to-end delivery for named customers and credible representation in conversations.
• Strategy: Identify customer pain and create a roadmap.
• Program Management: Align stakeholders and onboard onto solutions.
• Agentic Development: Build solutions translating operations into technical designs.
• Continuous Improvement: Instrument, monitor and improve reliability; participate in on-call.
• AI-native: Work across dimensions using AI-native tools in CLI.
• Domain Expertise: Develop SME in customer segments and integration surfaces.
• Mentorship: Onboard newer builders and raise the bar on techniques.
• Leadership: Contribute to squad-level prioritization with Head of Segment.
