Job summary

Artera is hiring an Associate AI Builder to design and deliver AI-powered patient experience solutions across scheduling, referrals, meds, billing, and more. You will be part of a customer-facing squad, translating client needs into production-ready enhancements with an emphasis on AI-native tooling and rapid iteration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, onboard new customers, and pursue opportunities to expand impact, while developing deep subject-matter expertise in healthcare

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in software eng, data science, ML, PM, or related fields; fresh grads welcome.
• ,
• AI-native fluency with measurable leverage using AI tools in the terminal.
• Onboarding customers, owning relationships, translating conversations into decisions.
• Curiosity of a product manager and discipline of a PM: asks why, scopes work, communicates status.
• Strong written/verbal communication for presenting complex concepts to teams, managers, customers.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for named customers; elevate customer solutions.
• Strategy: Identify customer pain and create a roadmap for solving problems.
• Program Management: Align stakeholders and data pipelines; manage onboarding onto our solutions.
• Agentic Development: Build novel solutions translating customer needs into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Instrument, monitor, and improve reliability; participate in on-call when applicable.
• AI-native: Work across dimensions using AI-native tools as primary environment; broader responsibilities.
• Domain Expertise: Develop expertise in customer segments and integration surfaces.
• Mentorship: Onboard newer builders and raise the bar on agentic techniques.
• Leadership: Contribute to squad prioritization and planning with Head of Segment.
