Artera is hiring an AI Builder to construct agentic systems delivering patient experiences—scheduling, referrals, medication refills, billing, and more. You will own initiatives from customer discovery to production, onboarding new customers, and shipping enhancements to meet provider needs with AI-native fluency.

You will operate as a fully contributing builder with a mix of product management, project management, and engineering mindsets, developing expertise and mentoring others while

Formación

• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, product management, or related fields
• Demonstrated AI-native fluency with measurable leverage — ability to produce output with AI-native tools
• Track record of shipping production solutions with reliability
• Ability to work directly with customers — onboarding them and translating conversations into decisions
• Curiosity of a product manager and discipline of a project manager: asks why, plans work, communicates status
• Strong written and verbal communication to present complex concepts

Responsabilidades

• Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for named customers and represent Artera credibly in conversations
• Strategy: Identify customer pain and create a roadmap for solving problems
• Program Management: Align stakeholders and data pipelines and onboard customers to solutions
• Agentic Development: Build novel solutions and translate customer realities into technical outcomes
• Continuous Improvement: Instrument, monitor, and improve reliability; participate in on-call where applicable
• AI-native: Work across dimensions using AI-native tools as primary environment
• Domain Expertise: Develop SME in customer segments and integration surface
• Mentorship: Onboard newer builders and raise the bar on agentic techniques
• Leadership: Contribute to squad prioritization with Head of Segment
