Job summary

Artera is hiring an Associate AI Builder to construct agentic systems delivering patient experiences across scheduling, referrals, and billing. You will work within a customer-facing squad, owning initiatives from discovery to production, and scaling AI-native solutions for named healthcare provider customers.

You’ll operate with curiosity and initiative, blending PM discipline with engineering rigor to learn quickly, mentor teammates, and drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in software, data science, ML, PM, product design, or technical PM experience.
• AI-native fluency with measurable leverage using AI-native tools.
• Ability to work directly and productively with customers—onboarding them and translating conversations into decisions.
• Curiosity of a product manager and discipline of a project manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery for named customers and represent Artera credibly.
• Strategy: Identify customer pain and create a roadmap to solve problems.
• Program Management: Align stakeholders and manage onboarding onto our solutions.
• Agentic Development: Build novel solutions translating customer needs into technical work.
• Continuous Improvement: Instrument, monitor, and improve reliability of what you ship; participate in on-call where applicable.
• AI-native: work with AI-native tools as the primary environment and expand responsibility.
• Domain Expertise: develop SME in customer segments and integration surfaces.
• Mentorship: onboard newer builders and raise the bar on agentic techniques.
• Leadership: contribute to squad-level prioritization and planning.
