Job summary

Artera is seeking an Associate AI Builder to craft agentic systems that enhance patient experiences—scheduling, referrals, refills, billing, and more. You will collaborate in a customer-facing squad, owning initiatives from discovery to production, onboarding customers, and shipping AI-enhanced solutions.

You'll operate with curiosity, product-manager mindset, and engineer-like accountability, building expertise with senior healthcare executives and mentoring newer builders in agentic techniques.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in software eng, data science, ML, product management, or related fields.
• Ability to work with customers, translate conversations into technical decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, curiosity, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for named customers.
• Identify customer pain and create a roadmap for solving problems.
• Align stakeholders, data pipelines, and onboarding processes.
• Build solutions translating customer operations into technical implementations.
• Instrument and improve reliability; participate in on-call when applicable.
• Work with AI-native tools as the primary environment.
• Develop domain expertise in customer segments and integration surfaces.
• Mentor newer builders and contribute to squad prioritization.
