Job summary

Artera is hiring an AI Builder to construct agentic systems delivering scheduling, referrals, patient messaging, and billing in healthcare. You will own outcomes for named customers, from discovery to production, with AI-native fluency driving end-to-end value.

You’ll collaborate with senior healthcare executives, mentor newer teammates, and push the boundaries of agentic tooling in a fast-growing, mission-driven team. This exempt role pays competitively.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in software eng, data science, ML, PM, or technical PM experience.
• AI-native fluency with measurable leverage using AI tools in a production setting.
• Track record shipping end-to-end production solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: own end-to-end delivery and outcomes for named customers.
• Strategy: identify customer pain and create a roadmap for solving problems.
• Program Management: align stakeholders and data pipelines; onboard customers.
• Agentic Development: build novel solutions; translate operations into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: instrument, monitor, and improve reliability; participate in on-call.
• AI-native: work across dimensions using AI-native tools as primary environment.
• Domain Expertise: develop SME in customer segments and integration surfaces.
• Mentorship: onboard newer builders and raise the bar on agentic techniques.
• Leadership: contribute to squad prioritization with Head of Segment.
