Job summary

Aidoc is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive customer onboarding and technical engagements on the Aidoc platform. You will coordinate with R&D, Product, and Customer Success to deliver complex healthcare IT solutions.

You will work with US/EU customers, lead architecture discussions, ensure timely delivery, and optimize integrations with clinical systems. Travel 1–3 days per month is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• At least 4 years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience with US/EU markets.
• Healthcare IT experience, radiology IT (PACS/RIS/dictations) and EMR familiarity is a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and project ownership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects for new customers and manage delivery timelines.
• Lead architecture discussions with customer IT teams and manage integration work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer's technical teams.
• Analyze data to optimize the solution's setup and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to extend offerings.
