Job summary

Aidoc in Austin is seeking Implementation Managers, the main customer-facing technical role in the Delivery department. You will lead onboarding projects for new customers on the Aidoc platform, and drive the delivery of solutions including integrations with third-party applications and feature expansions.

You will act as the technical stakeholder, define requirements with Product, and partner with Customer Success and Sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent in a technical discipline.
4+ years in customer-facing or technical-operations roles with US/EU customers.
Healthcare IT experience; Radiology IT and EMR familiarity is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Structured thinking and ability to drive projects to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel 1–3 days per month.

Responsibilities

Own and manage onboarding projects for new customers on the Aidoc platform.
Lead technical architecture discussions with customers’ IT teams.
Build relationships with customers' technical teams as Aidoc's first R&D exposure.
Use data to optimize the solution’s setup and performance.
Collaborate with Product on requirements and design.
Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams.
