Job summary

Aidoc is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the front line of our Delivery department. You will own onboarding projects for new customers, lead technical work including integrations with third-party systems, and coordinate with Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

This role requires a technical background in healthcare IT, experience with radiology IT (PACS/RIS/EMR), excellent communication, and the ability to travel 1-3 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of customer-facing or technical-operations experience in US/EU markets.
• Experience in Healthcare IT; Radiology IT (PACS, RIS) and dictation systems; EMR is a plus.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Structured thinking and ability to drive a technical project to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 1-3 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding projects for new customers on Aidoc platform, expanding existing customers.
• Lead architecture discussions with customers' IT teams and oversee setup, testing, go-live.
• Build relationships with customers' technical teams as first exposure to Aidoc's R&D.
• Make data-driven conclusions to optimize the solution's setup and performance.
• Generate feature offerings by leveraging knowledge of Aidoc's solution and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product on requirements and design.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales departments.
