Job summary

Aidoc, a remote-first leader in clinical AI, seeks a Support Manager to lead a team of Technical Support Engineers responsible for advanced troubleshooting of the Aidoc platform and radiology workflows.

You will drive root-cause analysis, establish technical standards, coach engineers, and partner with Engineering/Product to improve hospital outcomes and workflow integrations (PACS, DICOM, HL7, EHR).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software or cloud-native SaaS.
• 3+ years managing technical support or escalation teams.
• Proven KPI management and customer-satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: guide a team of Technical Support Engineers and define case handling standards.
• Team & Performance Leadership: manage day-to-day performance against KPIs and develop engineers.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: act as the liaison between Support, Engineering/Product, and clinical teams to prioritize issues and improvements.
