Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an Admissions Assistant for our Petaluma, CA facility. The role is full time (40 hours/week) with weekend shifts (Sat-Sun-Mon-Tues-Wed) and a starting pay of $23–$25 per hour, DOE.

You will welcome prospective residents, guide families through admissions, and coordinate with teams to ensure a smooth, compassionate intake process. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare-admissions

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service or admissions, preferably within healthcare.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and families, providing a warm, informative welcome to Ridgeway.
• Guide families through the admissions process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
• Build strong relationships with our community, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless transitions and a smooth experience for incoming residents.
• Assist with Resident room moves.
• Other Ad Hoc duties such as reception coverage, and other assigned administrative tasks.
