Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role can be based in the US across offices including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco, or remotely within the US.

You will serve as the primary client contact, collaborate on strategies, manage budgets, and identify risks to keep programs on track. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in account management and strong pharma marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to clients on financial status.
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them.
