Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or have three years of progressive experience in marketing and sales (healthcare industry preferred).
• At least three years’ experience in home health or another related healthcare industry.
• Documented sales success; Candidates should have verifiable sales success/awards from previous positions.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meets monthly budgeted start of care and census goals.
• Manages sales territory to develop referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and home health providers.
• Sets a daily call schedule reflecting call frequency relative to productivity.
• Identifies accounts with the most referral opportunities for hospice patients.
• Performs market assessments and develops a marketing plan.
• Participates in account reviews and presents necessary information for each account.
• Demonstrates ability to sell value and provide solutions based on account needs.
• Conducts presentations and in-services to referral sources and Allegiance Healthcare team.
• Builds relationships with the Allegiance Healthcare clinical team.
• Participates in pillar committees and community activities annually.
• Completes administrative tasks timely and supports referral-to-admission processes.
