Job summary

Anchor Health LLC is seeking a Marketing/Community Education Liaison to drive hospice referrals through education and relationship-building with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and other community resources. The role emphasizes presenting the hospice philosophy, building trust, and expanding opportunities for patient admissions.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and marketing experience in healthcare; LVN/RN clinical liaison skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or healthcare.
• Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with strong Marketing skills and experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Able to maintain an organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision.
• Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Able to support and promote the Hospice philosophy to referral sources in the medical industry

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, hospitals, appropriate special interest groups, discharge planners, nursing home professionals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and In-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community and organizational programs, making presentations and joining as a member where appropriate, to facilitate a broader knowledge of the Hospice philosophy and to promote Anchor Health services.
• Promote an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a resource both internally and externally by supporting the mission and vision of the organization, particularly as it applies to palliative and end of life care.
