Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews to collect demographic and financial information for registration and billing.
• Verifies insurance benefits and calculates patient liabilities per policies.
• Provides guidance and support across areas, mentoring peers as needed.
• Escalates issues to management when service or safety concerns arise.
• Supports revenue cycle duties across locations as assigned.
