Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years navigating complex healthcare systems preferred.
• Awareness of barriers for uninsured/underinsured patients preferred.
• Knowledge of local social services and resources preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EHR preferred.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification preferred for LPN role.

Responsibilities
