Qualifikationen

• 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience in health, wellness, biotech, medical devices, supplements, coaching, or related industries
• Proven ability to sell high-consideration products through education, trust-building, and long-term relationships
• Experience working with practitioner networks and integrative health environments
• Strong verbal communication for phone/video-based sales with healthcare practitioners and wellness professionals
• Experience managing outreach, pipeline activity, follow-up, and CRM in a remote sales environment
• Genuine interest in holistic health and mind-body wellness approaches
• Educate practitioners on innovative wellness products designed to support complex health challenges
• Build and maintain relationships with health and wellness professionals to grow business and retain clients
• Conduct outbound outreach, nurture inbound leads, and manage ongoing follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Explain technical wellness concepts in an approachable and grounded way
• Work independently while staying aligned with leadership and support teams
