Goodwin Recruiting seeks a passionate Account Executive to join a fast-growing team in the health and wellness space, focusing on bioenergetics, preventative wellness, and mind-body health innovation. You will build meaningful relationships with practitioners while driving growth and long-term impact during a major expansion phase.

Expect a rewarding, consultative selling environment with uncapped commissions and a strong OTE of $120,000 to $150,000, plus health benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience in health, wellness, biotech, medical devices, supplements, coaching, or related industries.
• Proven ability to educate, build trust, and close high-consideration sales.
• Experience working within practitioner networks and integrative health environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell high-value wellness products/services through education and relationship development.
• Educate practitioners on innovative wellness solutions and build long-term client relationships.
• Manage outreach, pipeline activity, follow-up, and CRM in a remote sales environment.
