Job summary

Assort Health is hiring a senior leader to drive multi-site health-system implementations end-to-end. You will build and mentor a high-impact implementation team, set scoping playbooks, and own launch performance while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Ops, and Sales.

You will engage CIO and CMIO stakeholders, shape portfolio analytics, and drive adoption through change leadership in large provider organizations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Consulting, Implementation, or Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic health-system implementations end-to-end across multiple sites.
• Build and lead the health-system implementation team.
• Set standard and playbook for health-system implementations.
• Own launch performance and mitigate risks.
• Serve as executive relationship owner for flagship health-system accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Ops, Sales to translate insights.
• Own analytics and reporting strategy for portfolio.
