Job summary

Assort Health in San Francisco seeks an experienced implementation professional to own end‑to‑end customer deployments in healthcare, including new specialties, products, and multi‑site rollouts. You will manage strategic relationships and set expectations across stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, drive improvements with eng/product, and design dashboards, tooling, and reporting to inform decisions for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Consulting or Implementation or similar post‑sales role.
• Track record of owning complex multi‑stakeholder implementations end‑to‑end.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to handle difficult conversations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and present recommendations.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Ability to build processes and systems from scratch.
• Proficient in efficiency tooling such as SQL, Claude Code, Retool.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder customer implementations autonomously across sites.
• Own strategic customer relationships during implementation end‑to‑end.
• Identify high‑impact product improvements from user data and outcomes.
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure that outlasts involvement.
• Drive automation and efficiency across the team with tools and workflows.
• Partner with Operations Analyst for QA/QC and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering to design dashboards and tooling for decisions.
