Job summary

Ascertain seeks a Senior Implementation and Engagement Manager to own post-sale success for key partners. You will oversee pilot delivery, drive adoption, and ensure long-term retention, working with care management and revenue cycle teams to integrate the platform into daily workflows.

You’ll manage end-to-end deployments, partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and shape a measurable ROI strategy for each deployment with a focus on reducing ambiguity through defined SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare, including provider, payer, or healthcare technology environments.
• 4+ years of experience leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations with direct ownership of delivery.
• Proven track record scaling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and delivering quantifiable results.
• Exposure to customer-support workflows and tools to bridge the gap between implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Relationship: serve as the primary client lead during implementation and manage stakeholder interviews, workflows, and go-live.
• Lead Solution Deployments: oversee onboarding with plans, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Leverage Impact Metrics: use KPIs to demonstrate ROI and support expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial: upsell/cross-sell and develop scalable customer-success framework.
• Develop a targeted customer-success framework and related materials for onboarding, training, and upsell.
