MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced manager to oversee performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. The role demands strong leadership, strategic oversight and robust governance to drive service delivery and outcomes.

You will build relationships with commissioners, local authorities and delivery partners, embed policies, ensure SLAs are met and lead a culture of continuous improvement while managing budgets and risks.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Health Promotion or related field.
• At least 3 years in health or social care.
• Proven management and mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with SLAs and performance reporting.
• Financial management experience and ability to scrutinise budgets.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance practices.
• Experience delivering service improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Embed quality processes, policies and procedures; ensure FOI and information governance compliance.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop multi-disciplinary teams; appraise performance.
