Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a capable leader to manage a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands, delivering performance, quality, and compliance targets. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in health promotion, public health, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in health or social care post.
• Proven management, leadership and mentoring experience in a similar environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building relationships.
• Evidence of delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Experience in financial management and ability to scrutinise budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands.
• Create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners; promote services to ensure appropriate referrals.
• Embed quality processes, policies and administration; ensure compliance and ongoing review of staff performance.
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams; support PDPs and annual appraisals; foster a culture of learning and wellbeing.
• Clinical governance / audit: ensure auditable standards, policies, and research support to build evidence and innovation.
