Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a dedicated leader to manage performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts, primarily in West Midlands. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
• Minimum 3 years in health or social care post.
• Experience in management, leadership and mentoring in a similar role.
• Experience with stakeholders and relationship building.
• Experience delivering programmes aligned to contractual requirements and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across health contracts in the West Midlands.
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded: develop thresholds, referral criteria, pathway policies and forms; ensure QA standards and ongoing review processes.
• Recruiting and developing teams to embed within Maximus, ensure competencies, training, PDPs and appraisals; support wellbeing and culture.
• Clinical Governance / Audit: ensure auditable standards, policies and evidence; support research as required.
