Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a proactive leader to manage performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands. You will establish strong stakeholder links with local authorities, commissioners and delivery teams to drive referrals and contract growth.

The role emphasizes governance, training, and a culture of continuous improvement, with responsibilities across clinical governance, risk management and service delivery against SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences, or Community Development
• Minimum 3 years in health or social care post
• Proven management, leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Experience delivering programmes to contractual SLAs and budgets
• Experience with financial management and P&L reporting
• Familiarity with risk analysis and mitigation

Responsibilities
