24 Hour Home Care seeks a Partnerships Engagement Advisor to support the Community Supports Division with health plan communications, eligibility submissions, and reauthorization processes. You will liaison between MCOs, members, and internal teams to ensure timely authorizations, uninterrupted services, and a positive member experience.

In this hybrid role based in El Segundo, you’ll collaborate across departments, manage inquiries, and help coordinate access to non-medical caregiving services.

Competenze

• For BA/BS in Communications or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and coordinating follow-up tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage health plan submissions and member eligibility verification with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the full reauthorization process including outreach and documentation collection.
• Monitor and route incoming communications via email, Salesforce, and portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, members, and partners to resolve eligibility concerns.
• Maintain accurate member, referral, and activity records in Salesforce, ensuring compliance.
