Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Community Engagement Float Specialist to provide cross-functional support across four engagement teams, ensuring continuity of operations and a superior member experience.

Reporting to the Manager, Member Engagement, you will assist with lead outreach, health plan authorizations, onboarding, and reauthorization activities while maintaining Salesforce records and performance metrics. This is a hybrid role with quarterly in-office visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, customer success, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience with healthcare, member engagement, or outreach.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Support lead outreach and initial intake activities with prospective members.
• Coordinate initial authorizations to health plans and track decisions.
• Conduct post-authorization outreach and onboarding documentation.
• Support reauthorization, eligibility checks, and extension requests.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor performance metrics.
