Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or related service role.
• Experience guiding onboarding, enrollment, or multi-step processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding from referral through admission and document collection.
• Guide caregivers through applications, orientation, and timekeeping.
• Support member admissions, track progress, and address questions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, text, or email and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain caregiver/member records in Salesforce and ensure HIPAA compliance.
