Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a Community Engagement Float Specialist in El Segundo, CA. This hybrid role supports four teams, ensuring coverage and consistent service delivery across workflows including outreach, health plan authorizations, and member onboarding.

The position reports to the Manager, Member Engagement and adapts to changing priorities while collaborating with internal teams and health plan partners to improve operational efficiency and the member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, member engagement, outreach, or regulated industries.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of dynamic, process-driven environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support lead outreach and initial intake activities with prospective members.
• Coordinate initial authorization requests and submissions to health plans.
• Engage in member outreach and onboarding documentation preparation.
• Assist with reauthorization activities and eligibility verification.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor performance metrics.
